Ask for a tour, or ask the harder question first.

Email us or send a note. If the home is not the right setting, we would rather say that in writing than after you have packed a house.

Reach the home

A person reads these.

Visit
Private residential home in California. The street address is shared when your tour is confirmed, so the people who live here keep a quiet house. A new home is also opening in Phoenix, Arizona. That street address is shared the same way, when a tour there is confirmed.

Until CareTree is registered, email is the way to reach us. There is no phone number yet.

For a longer note about care needs, medications, or a possible move, you can also use the family inquiry form. If this is an emergency, call 911.

Optional. We reply by email until the home is registered.

Two places

California now. A new opening in Phoenix.

Neither map is a street address. We send the pin when your tour is on the calendar, so residents keep a quiet house and you still know where to drive.

On the tour

What happens after you reach out.

  1. 1

    Tell us about your family

An email or a form is enough. Share what an ordinary day requires, not a polished summary.

  2. 2

    We talk it through

If the house might be right, we say so. If it is not, we say that before you rearrange a week to drive here.

  3. 3

    You walk the home

See bedrooms, the kitchen, and where people actually spend the afternoon. Meet the tone of the house.

  4. 4

    You leave with numbers

Costs, what is included, and where registration stands, in language you can take back to the rest of the family.

Bring this list

Questions worth asking before you decide.

A good home will answer these without flinching. Write down the answers and compare them later, when the charm of a pretty room has worn off.

  1. How many residents live here right now, and how many staff are on today?
  2. Who is in the house overnight, and are they awake?
  3. How are medications stored, given, and recorded?
  4. What happens if care needs increase next month?
  5. May I see a sample of the monthly cost in writing?
  6. How do you update families who live out of town?
  7. Where does California registration stand, and what capacity will the license cover?
  8. Can we stay through a meal during the tour?
